Basic Step:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
2. Step forward with your right foot and shift your weight onto it.
3. Step back with your left foot and bring it close to your right foot, keeping your weight on your right foot.
4. Step to the side with your right foot and shift your weight onto it.
5. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot, keeping your weight on your right foot.
6. Repeat steps 2-5, alternating feet.
Partner Work:
1. Stand facing your partner with your right hands joined and your left hands on your hips.
2. Take a step forward with your right foot and your partner takes a step back with their left foot.
3. Close the distance between you by bringing your left foot to meet your right foot, and your partner brings their right foot to meet their left foot.
4. Step to the side with your right foot and your partner steps to the side with their left foot.
5. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot, and your partner brings their right foot to meet their left foot.
6. Repeat steps 2-5, alternating feet.
Turns:
1. To do a single turn, step forward with your right foot and shift your weight onto it.
2. Turn your body to the right, bringing your left foot to meet your right foot.
3. Continue turning until you have completed one full turn.
4. To do a double turn, step forward with your right foot and shift your weight onto it.
5. Turn your body to the right, bringing your left foot to meet your right foot.
6. Continue turning until you have completed two full turns.
