Where can you dialga in Pokemon Y?

You cannot encounter Dialga in Pokemon Y. Dialga is a legendary Pokémon exclusive to Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

While you can find other legendary Pokémon like Rayquaza in Pokemon Y, Dialga is only available in the games where it's featured.
