* Banga - a courtship dance that is characterised by the women gracefully stepping into and out of a circular arrangement of clay pots as the men play gongs and drums.

* Talip - dance of the Ifugao people involves holding bamboo poles while gracefully turning.

* Kadangyan- a dance of gratitude and worship during celebrations that include beating of gongs and performing movements that imitate bird movements.

* Hudo't - lively and energetic dance that shows the men jumping and kicking.

* Bendian - a traditional Kalinga ceremonial dance that is performed by both men and women.

* Attay - performed during the time of planting and harvesting as a rite that asks the gods for a bountiful harvest.
