How do you get attract in Pokemon black?

There are three ways to get Attract in Pokemon Black:

* By level up. Several Pokemon learn Attract as they level up. Examples of Pokemon that learn Attract by level up include Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Wobbuffet, and Chatot.

* By TM. Attract can be taught to Pokemon by using the TM28.

* By breeding. Some Pokemon can inherit Attract as an egg move. Some Pokemon that can pass Attract as an egg move include Smeargle, Roselia, and Gardevoir.
