Hold your arms out at shoulder length with the palms facing down. Bend the left arm so that the fingers are positioned over your chest. The tips of your left finger tips should be pointing directly to the right.
Hold the position in your arms, extend your fingers, and keep your hand and finger muscles as relaxed and fluid as possible as you sway to the music.
Switch positions after a few sways, this time with your right arm bent in so that the right hand is over the chest pointing directly to the left. Continue to sway with the music, allowing the wave of each sway to travel through your arms and then to the fingertips.
Repeat, moving between the two positions every couple of sways. Focus on letting your wrists move in a controlled, solid manner, while still appearing loose.
