Administrative tasks:
- Greet and welcome students and parents at the dance studio
- Process payments and manage student accounts
- Schedule and confirm class times and dates
- Maintain schedules for studio rooms, rentals, and events
- Organize and track inventory of costumes and dance supplies
Instructor support:
- Set up and prepare dance studios for classes
- Ensure that sound and music equipment is working properly
- Assist instructors during classes by providing music, playing background accompaniment, or giving hand-on corrections to students
- Relay messages between instructors and students
Student support:
- Maintain a clean and organized dance environment
- Provide first aid and safety assistance as needed
- Help students with costume changes

Event support:
