What Pokemon should you use to beat flannery?

Flannery, the Gym Leader of the Lavaridge Town Gym in Hoenn, specializes in Fire-type Pokémon. To beat her, you'll want to bring Pokémon that are strong against Fire, or at least resistant to it. Here are some good options:

Strong Against Fire:

* Water-type:

* Squirtle: Learn Water Gun and Bubble to deal significant damage.

* Mudkip: Learn Water Gun and Bubble for early-game, then later learns powerful moves like Hydro Pump.

* Marshtomp: A strong Water/Ground type, able to learn Earthquake for extra coverage.

* Blastoise: Learns powerful Water-type moves like Hydro Pump and Surf.

* Swampert: A great Water/Ground type, able to learn Earthquake for coverage and Hydro Pump for strong Water attacks.

* Rock-type:

* Geodude: Learn Rock Throw and Rollout for early-game, then evolve to Golem for a powerful Rock/Ground type.

* Onix: Learn Rock Throw and Rock Tomb to deal significant damage.

* Graveler: Learn Rock Throw and Rock Slide for early-game, then evolve to Golem for a powerful Rock/Ground type.

* Golem: A strong Rock/Ground type, able to learn Earthquake for extra coverage.

* Rhyhorn: Learn Rock Throw and Horn Attack for early-game, then evolve to Rhydon for a powerful Rock/Ground type.

* Rhydon: A strong Rock/Ground type, able to learn Earthquake for extra coverage.

* Ground-type:

* Numel: Learn Mud-Slap and Ember for early-game, then evolve to Camerupt for a powerful Fire/Ground type.

* Camerupt: A strong Fire/Ground type, able to learn Earthquake for extra coverage.

* Grass-type:

* Seedot: Learn Razor Leaf and Vine Whip for early-game, then evolve to Shiftry for a powerful Grass/Dark type.

* Shroomish: Learn Razor Leaf and Bullet Seed for early-game, then evolve to Breloom for a powerful Grass/Fighting type.

Resistant to Fire:

* Water/Ground: Both Swampert and Marshtomp are strong against Fire and are quite bulky.

* Rock/Ground: Golem, Rhydon, and Rhyhorn are all very resistant to Fire.

* Steel-type: If you have a Steel-type Pokémon, it will be resistant to Fire attacks, but Flannery will likely have a Pokémon to counter that.

General Strategies:

* Type Advantage: Your Water, Rock, Ground, and Grass-type Pokémon will be your best allies against Flannery's Fire-type Pokémon.

* Status Conditions: Consider using status moves like Toxic, Thunder Wave, and Paralysis to weaken Flannery's Pokémon.

* Healing: Flannery's Pokémon can hit hard, so make sure you have plenty of Potions and other healing items.

* Don't Be Afraid to Switch: Be ready to switch out Pokémon if they are struggling against Flannery's Fire-types.

Important Notes:

* Flannery's Team: Flannery uses a combination of Fire-type Pokémon, including Torkoal, Camerupt, and sometimes a Slugma.

* Early-Game: If you're early in the game, you may not have access to all of the best counters. Focus on leveling up your Water, Rock, and Ground-type Pokémon to make them as strong as possible.

Good luck with your battle against Flannery!
