1. The dancer starts in a standing position, with their feet shoulder-width apart and their arms at their sides.
2. They then take a step forward with their left foot, and raise their right arm up into the air.
3. They then take a step forward with their right foot, and lower their left arm down to the side.
4. They then repeat steps 2 and 3, but this time they move backwards instead of forwards.
5. They then take a step to the side with their left foot, and raise their right arm up into the air.
6. They then take a step to the side with their right foot, and lower their left arm down to the side.
7. They then repeat steps 5 and 6, but this time they move in the opposite direction.
8. They then take a step forward with their left foot, and turn their body to the left.
9. They then take a step forward with their right foot, and turn their body to the right.
10. They then repeat steps 8 and 9, but this time they turn their body in the opposite direction.
11. They then take a step forward with their left foot, and leap up into the air.
12. They then land on their right foot, and lower their body down to the ground.
13. They then repeat steps 11 and 12, but this time they leap up into the air with their right foot.
14. They then finish the dance by standing up and raising their arms up into the air.
