Once you obtain the Dome Fossil, you can take it to the Fossil Revival Center in Goldenrod City. There, the scientist will bring the fossil back to life as a Kabuto.
Remember, you can also find the Helix Fossil, which revives into Omanyte. Both Kabuto and Omanyte are ancient Pokemon that can evolve into stronger forms.
