Step 3: Repeat
- Step forward with your left foot, bending your knee as you do so.
- Swing your right leg forward, crossing it over your left foot.
- Shift your weight to your left foot and straighten your right leg.
- Continue to alternate between stepping forward with your right and left feet, crossing the opposite leg over, and shifting your weight from foot to foot.
Step 4: Add Rhythm
- As you perform the basic step, add rhythm by bending and straightening your knees in time with the music.
- You can also add arm movements, such as swinging your arms from side to side or raising them overhead.
- Continue to dance, adding your interpretation and style to the basic steps.
