1. Stand facing your partner with arms length between you. Your left hand should be in their right hand, and your right hand should be on their shoulder blade.
2. Step forward with your left foot and bring your right foot to meet it. Keep your feet close together and your weight evenly distributed.
3. Step back with your right foot and bring your left foot to meet it.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3, alternating lead foot.
