Does the safety dance have an actual dance?

The "Safety Dance" has a signature dance move. As the person sings "We can dance if we want to", they step side to side on their tiptoes. However, this movement did not originate for "Safety Dance". It was borrowed from Northern soul's dance called the Popcorn.
