Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Swing your arms down by your sides and bob your head back and forth.
Keep your head and shoulders relaxed, and let your arms swing naturally.
Step 2: The Hamster Shuffle
Step to the right with your right foot, and then bring your left foot to meet it.
Step to the left with your left foot, and then bring your right foot to meet it.
Continue shuffling your feet in this manner, keeping your arms swinging and your head bobbing.
Step 3: The Hamster Spin
Turn to the right on your right foot, and then bring your left foot to meet it.
Turn to the left on your left foot, and then bring your right foot to meet it.
Continue spinning in this manner, keeping your arms swinging and your head bobbing.
Step 4: The Hamster Jump
Jump up in the air with both feet, and then land with your knees slightly bent.
As you jump, clap your hands together above your head.
Continue jumping up and down, clapping your hands each time you land.
Step 5: The Hamster Wave
Wave your arms in the air, and then bring them down by your sides.
Repeat this motion, waving your arms in time with the music.
