How do you get to misty in the cerulean gym?

You can't get to Misty in the Cerulean Gym until you have the Cascade Badge. To get the Cascade Badge, you will need to travel to Saffron City and defeat Sabrina, the Saffron City Gym Leader. Once you have the Cascade Badge, you can return to Cerulean City and challenge Misty.
