Poem of 10 or 13 lines?

A Song of Trees

Within the forest's tranquil heart,

Where life's whispers softly impart,

There stands a tree, majestic and tall,

Its branches reaching for the sky's call.

With leaves that sway in nature's embrace,

Like gentle dancers, filled with grace,

They capture sunlight's golden rays,

Transforming them into vibrant displays.

Beneath its shade, a haven unfolds,

Where creatures seek refuge, stories untold,

From squirrels that scamper with glee,

To birds that sing their melodies free.

In every season, it changes hue,

A testament to nature's art, true,

From verdant green to fiery gold,

A painter's palette, a story untold.

Deep within its trunk, secrets reside,

Ringed with a history that can't be denied,

A witness to time, unyielding and strong,

A beacon of resilience, where all belong.
