Where does whereever thou art act well thy part come from?

This line is from Act II, Scene ii, of William Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night. It is spoken by the character Sir Andrew Aguecheek to Sir Toby Belch. The line is a piece of advice, telling Sir Toby to behave well wherever he is.
