Is Antigone loyal subject to the throne?

Antigone is not a loyal subject to the throne. Her loyalty lies with her family, particularly with her brothers, Polynices and Eteocles. When Creon, the King of Thebes, decrees that Polynices is to be left unburied, Antigone defies his order and buries her brother. This act of disobedience leads to her eventual death.
