What has the author Hugh Popham written?

Hugh Popham (May 14, 1923 – October 21, 2020) was a United States Navy test pilot and aeronautical engineer. He logged more than 9,500 flight hours in more than 150 airplane and helicopter types. Popham was a member of the original seven Mercury astronauts that were chosen in 1959. Although he never flew in space, he later served as the Assistant Secretary of Transportation under Presidents Kennedy and Johnson.

Popham retired from the Navy and NASA in 1969 and entered private business. He formed his own consulting company and served on the boards of several corporations, as well as the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, the University of Washington.
