What has the author Ronald D Noebe written?

Ronald Dean Noebe (July 13, 1948 – October 23, 1999) was a U.S. Marine and an attorney. He is best known for breaking the story that the Reagan administration swapped arms for hostages with Iran. Among other things, Noebe alleged that the Reagan administration secretly diverted the profits of the arms sales to the Contras in Nicaragua, and that the sale was engineered with the help of Israel's intelligence service Mossad.
