In the kingdom of Simhala lived two brothers, Bowaon and Totoon. They were sons of the late King. While Bowaon possessed immense strength and bravery, Totoon was the opposite- intelligent but often shy.
After their father's passing, the brothers faced conflicts over the kingdom, as many nobles believed Totoon was the more capable ruler due to his wisdom. Their rivalry worsened when Bowaon met Marikit, a wise and beautiful princess from the neighboring kingdom of Bumbaran. Totoon also falls for the princess and becomes desperate to win her favor.
With the help of a wise old woman, Bowaon was able to gain wisdom and overcome his shortcomings. He embarked on a journey filled with challenges and gained insights into the true nature of leadership and power. Along the way, he encountered a mystical bird, which helped him make sense of his experiences.
Meanwhile, Totoon, consumed by jealousy, sought dark powers and became corrupted. He made a pact with the evil entity Mangkukulam to gain supernatural abilities. Mangkukulam gave Totoon the power of invisibility and the ability to transform into different forms, but at the cost of his humanity and sanity.
Recognized by his subjects as a leader despite his flaws, Bowaon sought the love and respect of the people. Meanwhile, Totoon began terrorizing the kingdom in his pursuit of power and vengeance against his brother.
Their sibling rivalry escalated into an epic battle, with Bowaon's strength and courage pitted against Totoon's dark powers. In the climactic moment, Bowaon triumphed, and Totoon was defeated. Mangkukulam was banished from the kingdom, and peace was restored.
In the end, Bowaon realized the true measure of a ruler is not just strength but wisdom, compassion, and the ability to unite the people. With Marikit by his side and the support of his kingdom, Bowaon ruled Simhala wisely and justly for many years. The kingdom flourished under his guidance, and the sibling rivalry between Bowaon and Totoon was remembered as a tale of power, redemption, and the importance of choosing righteous paths.
