What was Raphael religion?

Raphael was a devout Roman Catholic. His religious faith is evident in many of his works, such as the Sistine Madonna and the Transfiguration. Raphael also painted several frescoes in the Vatican, including the School of Athens and the Disputation of the Holy Sacrament. These works demonstrate Raphael's deep understanding of Catholic theology and his commitment to expressing it through his art.
