Is there a copy of the journal that Jax is reading on Sons Anarchy?

In the series "Sons of Anarchy", Jax is often seen reading a fictional manuscript titled "The Life and Death of Sam Crow: How the Sons of Anarchy Lost Their Way". This manuscript does not exist outside the TV show.
