How to Read About Flowers for Algernon Online

Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes is a work of science fiction, but not of the typical kind: It experiments with the idea of an intelligence-enhancing surgery that allows an individual with disabilities to become a genius. The novel also explores the idea that ignorance is bliss and that there are consequences to reaching for something more. The book has been banned in several libraries, but portions are available in digital format, and the full version is on sale at bookstores.
