What is the new prophecy at end of Percy Jackson?

In the final Percy Jackson book "The Last Olympian", there is no mention of a new prophecy. The prophecy that drives the story is the one introduced at the beginning of the series, which states that a child of the Big Three (Zeus, Poseidon, or Hades) will turn 16 and either save or destroy Olympus. This prophecy is fulfilled as Percy, a son of Poseidon, and his demigod friends battle the Titans to save the gods and the world.
