Mary Shelley got the idea for Frankenstein from a what?

Mary Shelley got the idea for Frankenstein from a ghost story contest.

Here's the story: In 1816, she was vacationing in Switzerland with her husband Percy Shelley, Lord Byron, and others. Due to bad weather, they were stuck indoors and entertained themselves with a ghost story contest. This is when Mary Shelley came up with the concept for her novel, which she later wrote and published in 1818.
