Who gets killed by tracker jackers in the Hunger Games?

In the Hunger Games, Rue is killed by tracker jackers.

Rue is a young tribute from District 11 and Katniss's ally. While trying to retrieve supplies from a destroyed nest, Rue is stung by the tracker jackers and dies.
