When did James get a victreebel in Pokemon?

James, from the Pokemon anime, never actually owned a Victreebel. He did, however, briefly possess a Weepinbell in the episode "The Poké-Maniac!"

He received the Weepinbell from a young girl who was unable to care for it, but it was quickly stolen by Team Rocket's Meowth.

While James has used other Pokemon, like his beloved Koffing and Weezing, he has never actually owned a Victreebel.
