Was Rob Thomas in the 2008 sequel The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants 2?

Rob Thomas, the lead singer of Matchbox Twenty, was not in the 2008 sequel "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2". He was not involved in either of the films.
