Visit the Borders website and select the option on the homepage to sign in to your existing Borders account or to create a new Borders account. If you are already a member, sign in and move on to step three.
Register by entering your name, address and phone number. Create a username, password and choose a security question to answer. Enter your Borders Rewards card number in the space provided to register your card. Submit your application to create your account.
View your existing account. In the space provided enter your Borders Rewards card number to register your card and submit your request.
