Find the mailing label. If the magazine does not have the mailing label on it, try finding another issue. If no issues have mailing labels on them, the magazines might have been sent enclosed in plastic wrappers, where the labels were attached.
Wait for the next issue of Sports Illustrated to arrive and save the mailing label.

Confirm the account holder's identity if necessary. The customer service representative might ask for various pieces of information to confirm the subscriber's identity.
Ask the representative to cancel the automatic renewal of the magazine subscription.

Log in to the website from the window on the right side of the screen. Subscribers can use the full information from their mailing label or their account number and ZIP code to log in.
Click the link to cancel a subscription. If necessary, subscribers can click the link to see when a subscription ends before canceling.
If the subscriber is unable to log in, customer service can be contacted using the form on the website. Fill in the information and check the "Cancel Subscription" box before submitting the form.
