How to Cancel a Napster Subscription

Napster is a paid, online music service offering customizable subscriptions. The name and logo of Napster were derived from the old peer-to-peer MP3-sharing service that was also called Napster, but shut down by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Napster was reopened by the company Roxio with a new subscription format. Canceling a Napster subscription can be difficult, because you cannot cancel a subscription online, although it is possible to cancel promptly by phone.
