How to Submit to Blindwolf Studios

Blindwolf Studios was founded in 1994 by Franco Aureliani with the goal of producing original comic books. Several years later Franco teamed up with Arthur Baltazar after meeting at a conference where they discovered they have complementary styles. Some of the titles released from the studio include "Wolf Boy," "Weirdsville," "Lil' Creeps" and "Eagle All Stars." If you are a comic book writer or artist that fits their style of material, submit a query to the company. You just might find yourself published by Blindwolf Studios.

Instructions

    • 1

Write a synopsis of your comic book idea. This is sometimes referred to as a log-line in the entertainment industry. The synopsis should outline the main character, the world he is in and the adversity he is facing. For example, the log-line for a Batman comic book might be: "After the murder of his parents, Bruce Wayne was raised by the butler Alfred in the Wayne Manor mansion. Seeking to avenge the death of his parents, Bruce Wayne created an alter ego named Batman who fights crime and keeps the city of Gotham safe from colorful criminals."

Include some artwork samples. Blindwolf Studios will want to check out your work and style to see if it meshes with what they produce. Include character pictures and samples of a few comic book pages you produced on your own. Additionally, write short character descriptions that detail the name, age, gender and traits of each character.
