      Select your desired mode of shipping. Conde Nast can send the available back issues via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex. In order to request Fed Ex delivery, you must be able to provide a Fed Ex account number to pay for the shipping charges.

      Pay for the issues you order. The operator can accept Visa or Master Card. If you request that your back issue be mailed via United States Postal Service, your charge will be $11.35 per issue. If you request that your issue be send via Fed Ex and you provide a Fed Ex account number, your charge will be $6.45 per issue.
