Put on a pair of rubber gloves to protect your hands from the acid, and dilute 1 tbsp. of spirit of salts in a small bowl (also known as hydrochloric acid) with 5 tbsp. of water. Use rubber gloves because they protect your hands against chemicals, whereas other gloves do not.
Apply the mixture to the ink on the address magazine labels by gently dabbing and rubbing it onto the labels with a cotton ball.
Allow the solution to sit on the address magazine labels for approximately 1 minute before removing it by rubbing a cotton ball dampened with water over the labels; the ink should rub away as you remove the solution.
Apply correction tape over the ink of the address magazine labels by rolling the correction tape roller over the ink to cover it up.
White-out the ink by brushing the white-out fluid over the ink of the address magazine labels. Brush the liquid onto the labels lightly--enough to cover the ink but not so much that the liquid cakes up on the labels.
Color over the ink on the address magazine labels with a permanent marker to cover the ink so that it cannot be read by others.
