How to Sync Audiobooks

Audiobooks are great for listening to your favorite books whether you are on a long plane or car trip, or just relaxing. If you have a large collection of audiobooks that you have downloaded and would like to listen to them on your iPod or other MP3 player, there is a way that you can sync them using a program like iTunes.

Instructions

    • 1

      Open your iTunes media player.

    • 2

Go to Audiobooks in the panel on the left. You will see all of your Audiobooks that you have purchased. You can also import Audiobooks from a CD that you have.

    • 3

Connect your MP3 player. It should show up in iTunes in the left panel.

    • 4

Check "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the device page.

    • 5

Go to the Books tab at the top of the Device page, and check "Sync Audiobooks" toward the bottom of the "Books" page. Then, select "All Books," and click "Apply".

    • 6

Click on the "Sync" button on the lower right of the screen. All of your audiobooks should now sync to your device. iTunes will now automatically sync new audiobooks, when you connect your device.
