Is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows a Newbery Medal winning book?

The Newbery Medal is an award given to the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is not a Newbery Medal winning book.

The book did, however, win a number of other awards, including the Quill Award for Best Children's Book, the British Book Awards Children's Book of the Year, and the Locus Award for Best Young Adult Novel.
