How to Use Mobipocket Creator

Create a New Publication

  Click on Create New Publication on the Home Page, then click on the name of the template of your choice.

  Enter the name of the Publication that will be the title of the e-book displayed by the Mobipocket Reader on your PDA/smartphone.

  Select the folder for storing the publication files.

  Click on Create and add items to the publication.

  Go to "New item" link and fill in the fields in the form.

Import Text Files to the Ebook

  Go to the Creator Home Page and click on "Text document" to import a text file.

  Browse your local disk for the file you wish to add. Select the Text file to import.

  Choose the publication folder to store the publication files.

  Click on Import in order to start importing the file.

Build the eBook.

  Click on the Create button.

  Click on the Build icon in the task bar at the top of the screen to create an e-book.

  Go to the Build button. Once the build is completed, the Creator displays the final build screen of the completed eBook.
