Robert O. Collins (born 1931) is an American historian, author, and emeritus professor of history at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a specialist on the history of the Middle East and North Africa, and has written extensively on the history of the Barbary Coast, the Ottoman Empire, and the modern Arab world.
