Who is the Reverend Goel Bergado Bagundol?

The Reverend Goel Bergado Bagundol is the Bishop of the Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC) in The Philippines, and the First Filipino Bishop of the Old Catholic Mariavite Church in Europe and America. He is also the General Overseer of the ACC and the General Praeses of the Mariavite Old Catholic Church.
