Who does AR 381-12 apply to?

AR 381-12, "Army Records Management Program," applies to all Army personnel and organizations, including:

* Active duty soldiers

* Army Reserve soldiers

* Army National Guard soldiers

* Civilian employees

* Army contractors

* All Army installations and organizations

Essentially, anyone who works for or is associated with the Army is subject to the policies and procedures outlined in AR 381-12.
