The Art from Scrap Galley hosts a revolving show of works by artists and youth who transform scrap materials into sculptures and wall art. Individuals and businesses of the Santa Barbara community donate clean scrap materials to the Art From Scrap organization, which becomes available for purchase at the Reuse Store. Teachers may gain free access to the materials the center collects for use in the classroom when their school joins the center's School Reuse Materials Program. The center is also a field trip destination for students, and hosts week-long summer camps with a scrap art and environmental sustainability theme.
