Blow up the balloon to the desired size of the pig body.
Tear the newspaper into strips that are approximately 1-inch wide.
Create a paste by mixing one part glue to one part water.
Coat the newspapers strips one at time by placing them in the paste or using by using a paintbrush to brush the paste on each side.
Place the coated strips of newspapers on the balloon and smooth out any creases and bubbles. Repeat the process for three layers. Let dry and then pop the balloon.
Cut the paper egg cartoon into five sections using the scissors and then tape to the pig's body using the masking tape. Tape one section for the pig's snout, and then tape the other four sections for the pig's legs.
Sketch out two wing shapes on the cardboard and cut out. Attach to the top center of the pig's body using masking tape.
Using the tip of the scissors, poke a small hole in the back of the pig for the tail. Insert the pink pipe cleaner. Twist the pipe cleaner into a spiral.
Apply coated newspaper to the wings, snout, legs and the hole around the tail. Use the same method as the balloon. Let dry.
Paint the pig pink or paste on pink tissue paper. To apply the tissue paper, brush the glue mixture directly on the pig and place on strips of tissue. Smooth out any creases and bubbles. Let dry.
Glue on the eyes and create two nostrils using the black marker.
