Ángel María Arias (1890-1927) was a Spanish painter from Madrid. Little is known about his early life, although it is believed that he was born into a working-class family. He studied at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando in Madrid, where he was a student of Antonio Muñoz Degrain and Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida.

Arias was a talented artist and his work was exhibited in several prominent galleries in Madrid. He also won several awards for his paintings, including the First Prize at the National Exhibition of Fine Arts in 1924.

He is notable for his oil painting titled "El baile de la feria" or "The Dance of the Fair", which depicts a lively street party filled with colorful characters.
