Open Paint, pull down the "Image" menu and click "Attributes." Set your trophy size; for a printable full-page trophy, set the dimensions to 8.5 inches by 11 inches and click "OK."
Click the "Paintbrush" tool and select the large square brush head below it. Select a paint color, such as gold or rust, from the "Color Picker" at the bottom of the screen. Draw the outline of the trophy to fill up most of the page.
Click the "Paint Bucket" tool and click inside the trophy, which fills with color. Switch back to the "Paintbrush," select a slash mark brush head and draw on the trophy arms and base.
Select a new paint color, such as black or silver, and click the "Text" tool, which looks like an "A." Click your cursor on top of the main body of the trophy and select a font, such as Engravers or Monotype Corsiva, and type the trophy lettering, such as "#1 Daughter" or "Best Soccer Improvement." Add another line of text with the date of the award.
(Optional) Switch font and click inside the white space below or above the trophy. Add more information, such as how the person earned the award, who is bestowing it and a description of the event.
