How to Make a Salt Box Shrine
Shrines are used to display themed art work. The subject matter is as broad as the artist's imagination. Shrines may have a religious or spiritual connotation but often do not. A salt box shrine uses a standard salt box found in most grocery stores. Popular salt box shrine themes include beaches, a favorite city, family and religion.
