How to Find a Peanuts Cartoon

Peanuts was created by cartoonist Charles Schulz in 1950. The comic strip ran for 50 years, revolving around the neurotic Charlie Brown, his eccentric dog Snoopy and an odd assortment of neighborhood children. Peanuts grew out of the single-panel cartoons that Schulz had been drawing for the Saturday Evening Post and became a pop culture sensation, hitting its peak in the late 1960s. Schulz built an empire on the daily comic strip, animated cartoons, theme parks, T-shirts, coffee mugs and other merchandise. Peanuts cartoons have been so pervasive for so long, 11 years after Charles Schulz's death, they're still easy to find.
