How to Decorate a Glass Cube

Glass cubes can stand on their own, but you also can spruce them up with additional decorations. Glass cubes are great for storing sensitive or delicate items, such as model cars, boats, or trains. You also can use them for small sculptures, toys, or any other object. By decorating your glass cube, you can give it away as a present or make it more noticeable to visitors.

Instructions

    • 1

Use lace to tie up the glass cube in a bow if you are giving it away as a present. Wrapping paper is not always necessary for presents and could even be a hazard because people handling it may not know it is fragile until it breaks.

    • 2

Glue beads onto your glass cube if you want to decorate it in an attractive way. You can use beads, buttons, small household items, and whatever else you can think of to make your glass cube look more interesting. Colored beads or sheets of plastic can add color to the glass when it is held near a light.

    • 3

Put stickers on your glass cube if you want to be more descriptive about what is inside the cube, when it was made or where it was made. If you have a model car, train or other valuable object in your cube, you can use small adhesive letters to describe what is inside the cube.
