Draw with a pencil the basic shapes that compose your villain by roughly sketching on a sheet of paper. Keep your lines light, fast and loose. Don't worry about erasing or making mistakes at this stage. Allow yourself to explore and be creative.
Pencil in your villain's limbs, face and costume details using the rough sketch as a guide. Use an eraser to remove any previously drawn construction lines that are no longer needed.
Use fine and extra fine point permanent markers to trace over your pencil lines and fill in the shadows on your drawing. This will give your drawing the inked look of classic comic book artwork.
