• Can of compressed air
• Photo emulsion cleaner
• Photo cleaning pads
• Towel

     Flatten out a towel on a table or work surface and place the photo to be cleaned on the towel.

     Hold the photo by one corner and use the can of compressed air to blow away any loose dirt or dust. Start slowly and use very little air, as too much pressure could damage the photo.

     Use the cleaning pads and photo emulsion cleaner to gently rub the marks and dirt from the photo. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use.

     Leave the photo out to dry before storing it in an album or placing it in a frame.
