How to Make Fake Bruises With Pastels
Pastels are a versatile art material that can be manipulated more readily than many other art mediums. Because of the loose application of chalk pastels, colors can be smudged and faded effectively and with minimal effort. These qualities are what make pastels a successful alternative to makeup when looking to create special effects. Fake bruises done in pastel can be very convincing and can be set with hairspray to avoid further smudging.
